Terrance is an Oklahoma City native. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University and his graduate degree from OU.

While working at the NWOKC Chamber, Terrance joined OKCYP in 2016. In 2018, he was elected Chairman. He served an additional term as Chair in 2019. In 2020, Terrance was appointed Executive Director for the organization.

Terrance has been listed as one of the Most Powerful Young Professionals in Oklahoma City by OKC Friday and one of the Most Influential Young Professionals in Oklahoma City by OKCYP.
