Refunds/Cancellation Policy

At OKC Young Professionals, we value our members and their commitment to our community. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

Membership Cancellations:

- All membership cancellation requests must be emailed to membership@okcyoungpros.com at least 30 days before your next renewal date.

- If the cancellation request is received after this period, you will still be responsible for the upcoming payment.

 

Event Refunds:

- Refunds for event registrations will only be issued if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event.

- Cancellation notifications must be sent via email to events@okcyoungpros.com.
